Home Fitness Workouts that Build A Lean, Athletic Physique In Just 3 Weeks!

I went to the Fitness Center for my daily 45-minute workouts routine and quickly discovered myself surrounded by a bunch of hardcore body builders wearing weight belts, Gatorade carrying body runners, and Aerobics trainers. Not that they are doing something wrong.. In fact, I tag along with these guys and learn something on them. The point is that our workouts are separated into different classes and couldn’t have been much more divergent.

 As we all know, bodybuilders usually spend most of their time in sitting workouts.  90-minute workouts like bench press, Dumbbell press, and bicep curls are about in in between sets, or drinking their big proten juice or Gatorade.  Compared to them, I only spent 45-minutes in the gym or even in my home to work out. In just a few short weeks I get similar results like the body builders in the gym, I spend most of my time in getting shorter workouts that target specific muscles in a correct away.

The main reason why I cut my workout time in 45 minutes is that…… I just didn’t have the time to totally workout. That’s because in half of my time, I do it in home instead and perform home Fitness Workouts.  I turned half of the time that bodybuilders workout, and followed an intensity workout program from the Turbulence Training Program kit (TT 2K4).  With this three day-a-week workout program as my arsenal, I was able to spend 45 minutes in fitness center gaining muscle and losing fat all at the same time. But that’s not the best factor yet in the Turbulence Training Program Kit.

That’s simply because Turbulence Training program Kit is designed in such a way to burn fat the same as the bodybuilder’s exercise. All you need to do is to workout using your bodyweight and other home fitness workouts. With less than 45 minutes, you will feel that the body will reap the fat inside and after 48 hours you will the benefits.  

Ain’t that great? I realize many of you are just busy and we can’t even afford to workout 90 minutes each day and five times a week in a gym. Thanks to Turbulence Training 2k4 program kit, I can have a series of challenging home fitness workouts in which I could do at home.
