Here you will find a ton of body fat loss and the development of the kind of thin, elongated muscles, the athlete. So, not a bodybuilding program but an internal body construction program..

All courses in this program are body weight. You do not have all the equipment on one of these exercises. However, this does not mean that the training will be difficult. Instead, shows some of the videos I’ve seen in this program, in the Scott Sonnon how to perform the exercises. I was very shocked when the necessary condition to ensure some of these exercises correctly. Expect a challenge, even if you wish.

This program gives me respect for the special operations soldiers, especially since I have problems with some of the same exercises, and I’m fit enough.
